Our mental health services are free and confidential, and our counsellors can support you in many ways including:

  • ●  helping you explore your values and beliefs.

    All our services are offered for the alt community, by the alt community, therefore our counsellors have been specifically chosen to be relatable, discrete and non-judgmental.

    We run sessions online and from our fully equipped Birmingham studio.
